Insurance Benefits
Montereau offers a competitive health insurance package for our full-time regular employees, which includes health and dental insurance, a section 125 flexible spending plan, disability insurance at affordable rates, group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, as well as options to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance at affordable rates.
401(k) Plan
All employees are eligible to contribute to Montereau's 401(k) plan. After completing 1 year of service, Montereau will match 100% of the first 4% of their wages that employees contribute, as well as an automatic 1% contribution to the plan. This benefit is a great way to save for retirement, while also taking advantage of the free Montereau money match.

Tuition Assistance
Montereau promotes continuous employee development and education. As a complement to our internal training and development programs, Montereau provides $500 per fiscal year of tuition assistance for part-time and full-time employees.

Town Hall Meetings
All employees are invited to Town Hall meetings where Montereau leadership team members present on a variety of topics.
Employee Meals
Montereau provides an opportunity for all staff to enroll in a low-cost Employee Meal Program, which provides soup, salad bar, and hot food seven days a week during lunch hours. Our fabulous food is prepared in-house by our Food and Beverage department. Complimentary iced tea, coffee, and water also are available.
Employees may also purchase delicious wraps, paninis, salads, smoothies, and homemade granola bars from the Spa Cafe.
Employee Social Get-togethers
Having fun together helps build a stronger staff team! The annual Employee Holiday Party which Montereau hosts every December and Oktoberfest and Merry Mingle hosted by our residents are examples of great opportunities to have fun!
Paid Time Off and Holidays
Montereau offers Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits and holidays to encourage employees' rest, relaxation and opportunities to pursue special interests. Montereau recognizes the following six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
